Order and Shipping Process

After placing an order, you will generally receive two emails:

  1. Order Confirmation: Confirmation of receipt and payment.
  2. Shipment Notification: Sent once the goods are dispatched.
  • Orders are shipped via Post Office or Courier within 48 hours of processing.
  • Shipping centers are closed on Saturdays and Sundays. Orders placed during weekends or after 13:00 European Time on Fridays may take up to 72 hours for dispatch.

Estimated Delivery Times

Europe:

  • UPS: 2 to 5 days
  • Registered Mail: 5 to 14 days (depending on the country)

UK:

  • DPD or UPS: 12 to 48 hours
  • Royal Mail: 1 to 3 days

Rest of the World:

  • UPS: 3 to 14 days
  • Registered Mail: 7 to 21 days

Note: Orders placed before 13:00 European Time allow for same-day dispatch. Delivery timeframes are estimates and cannot be guaranteed.

Additional Information

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by couriers or national postal services.
  • If your goods are not delivered within the estimated timeframe, contact us at web.sales@militaryindustries.net, and we will resolve the issue promptly.
  • Our delivery charges cover the cost of shipping only.

Import Charges

  • Prices do not include any import charges, VAT, or GST levied by your country. Please Note: We can deliver goods to the United Kingdom duty paid without any issues for deliveries to the EU we have quite a few of the items in stock at our EU locations but if you need to confirm, please let us know and we will be able to let you know for sure what the position is.
  • Some countries are very straightforward when it comes to imports, three examples are  Australia and New Zealand which both have an allowance of AU or NZ$1000, and the USA, which has an allowance of US$800, other countries may apply additional taxes but some are generally very important friendly. To confirm details of the taxes and duties for any location worldwide you can always go to this website https://www.simplyduty.com/import-calculator/
  • It is the buyer's responsibility to pay all import duties and taxes on shipped goods.
  • If items are returned due to rejected import charges, any import duties and processing costs will be deducted from your refund. For further information, contact web.sales@militaryindustries.net.

Liability

  • We are not liable for goods lost after delivery to a PO Box, APO, or BFPO location. Orders may be canceled if the delivery address is a PO Box.
  • It is the customer’s responsibility to notify us if goods have not been received within 21 days of the estimated delivery date. If no notification is made, the buyer is deemed to have received the goods.
