We receive many inquiries about CWC watches, but they are becoming increasingly difficult to find at military clearance sales. This is because they are no longer issued for infantry use. While CWC watches are still issued to the SBS (Special Boat Service), the unit is relatively small, so very few watches are released, and due to their desirability, it is unlikely they will appear at auctions. About 10 to 15 years ago, we frequently saw CWC watches at military sales. However, since the CWC G10 has not been issued since 2006, they have become rare. If any do become available and we list them for sale, they are usually sold within a day or two.
