Returns Terms and Conditions

Order Cancellation

• You may cancel your order for most items within 14 days of receiving them. However, this excludes certain items, such as personalized products (e.g., engraved items).
• To cancel, you must inform us in writing within 14 days, starting from the day after you received the goods.
• Items must be returned in their original packaging and unused condition. We will not consider goods to have been reasonably cared for if they have been used or are not resellable.

Flexible Returns Policy

• If you are not satisfied, ordered the wrong items, received damaged or faulty goods, or no longer require the item, we offer a flexible returns policy. We are happy to accept items back for a refund or exchange.

New Items Returned for Refund or Exchange

1. Contact Us First
   Please contact us before returning goods, as our help and advice may save you from needing to return them.

2. Return Conditions

   • Goods must be returned within 14 days of receipt.
   • Goods must include original packaging, tags, stickers, labels, and bags.
   • Items must be in new condition or, in the case of surplus watches, in the condition they were sent.
   • A covering letter or note, along with the Returns Number (RAN), must accompany the return.

3. Return Shipping

   • The cost of return postage is the buyer's responsibility unless the item is defective or incorrect.
   • We recommend using tracked and insured mail to ensure the safe arrival of returned goods.
   • If the item is returned for a refund (and is not defective), we will refund the purchase price minus the original outbound shipping costs.
   • If the item is defective or the wrong item was sent, we will cover the outbound shipping costs.

Surplus Watches or Seconds

This section applies specifically to watches sold as defective or seconds.

• We inspect these watches visually, and rely on auction or clearance sale information about any issues or whether they are surplus stock or production overruns.
• We provide accurate descriptions of the watches' outward condition. However, we do not perform detailed inspections or repairs, as this would negate the cost advantage.
• Defective watches are sold with the understanding that the buyer either possesses horological skills or has access to a watchmaker for any necessary repairs.
• These watches are sold at low cost, and while our service staff may give them a quick check, we cannot guarantee their full functionality without a full inspection.

Faulty, Damaged, or Broken Goods

• If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us before returning the item. We may be able to resolve the issue without incurring postal costs.
• Goods must be in clean condition and accompanied by a covering letter or note, as well as the Returns Number (RAN).
• We will do our best to resolve any issues to ensure customer satisfaction.

Returning Incorrect Items

• If we have sent an incorrect item, we will gladly exchange it and cover the postage costs you incur.
• Goods must be returned within 14 days of receipt, in new condition, and with original packaging as detailed above.
• You will need to pay for postage upfront, but we will refund this cost or arrange a pickup for larger items.
• Please use a signed-for service for returns to ensure parcels are securely tracked.
• A covering letter or note should be included with the returned goods.
