MWC "Depthmaster" 100atm / 3,280ft / 1000m Water Resistant Military Divers Watch in PVD Stainless Steel Case with GTLS and Helium Valve (Swiss Ronda 715li Movement)
MWC Depthmaster Military Diver – SKU: 100AT/24/PVD/SL/22
The MWC Depthmaster Military Diver is one of MWC's latest and most durable models, designed to withstand extreme conditions. Built with a sapphire crystal and water-resistant to 100 ATM, this watch is suitable for deep-sea diving with mixed gases. Featuring a 24mm strap (broader than the usual 20mm on military watches) and a non-scratch ceramic bezel for better grip in cold environments, the Depthmaster is made for professional divers facing challenging conditions. The addition of tritium GTLS tubes ensures excellent nighttime and low-light visibility.
Key Features of this Model
-
Dial: 24-hour military format
-
Finish: Black PVD stainless steel
- PVD Coating: The matte black non-reflective PVD finish, often specified in military contracts, is ideal for covert operations. Unlike painted finishes that can fade, this PVD coating chemically bonds to the steel, altering its color at a molecular level for superior durability. The finish won’t deteriorate with regular use, though severe abrasions or gouging can affect the coating.

Why Choose Sapphire Crystal?
Many customers ask about the benefits of sapphire crystal compared to standard mineral crystal. Synthetic sapphire is exceptionally durable and highly resistant to shattering and scratching, making it a top choice for military and security personnel, police officers, and outdoor enthusiasts—who account for over 70% of our customer base.
Over 90% of crystal cracks we see occur on mineral glass watches. Even hardened mineral crystals cannot match sapphire's resilience under tough conditions. After manufacturing, sapphire glass is heat-treated to eliminate internal stress, enhancing its strength. Two layers of anti-reflective coating are added, improving visibility. Although it’s a premium feature typically found on high-end watches, sapphire is also now used on the latest iPhone models due to its superior durability.
