MWC 1940s to 1960s Pattern General Service Watch with Sterile Dial and 24 Jewel Automatic Movement (Retro Cream Dial Variant)
SKU Code: UK/W10S/LC
This automatic, self-winding military watch is based on the classic British Army designs used from the late 1940s through the 1960s. It retains the authentic look and feel of the originals, including the domed acrylic crystal, while incorporating modern upgrades — such as an automatic movement with the option for manual winding — to enhance reliability and everyday usability.
The watch features a robust, satin-finished case crafted from military-grade 316L stainless steel. It includes a sweep second hand, hacking function, black dial, and luminous markings. The strap is made from period-correct canvas, closely resembling the material and style used in the 1940s and 50s.
Please note: For historical authenticity, the dial carries an encircled “T,” a feature originally used to denote tritium lume. However, this watch uses Super-Luminova and contains no radioactive material.
